Payment Policy

1. Consultation Fees

Cellf Solutions charges an initial consultation fee for all new patients. This fee covers the time and expertise of our medical specialists who review your medical history, assess your suitability for treatment, and develop a personalized treatment recommendation.

Consultation fees are as follows:

Standard Consultation: In-person or telemedicine consultation with one of our regenerative medicine specialists.
Comprehensive Assessment: Detailed review of medical records, imaging, and laboratory results by our multidisciplinary team.

If you choose to proceed with treatment, your consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward your total treatment cost. Specific consultation fees will be communicated to you before scheduling your appointment.

2. Treatment Costs

Treatment costs at Cellf Solutions are determined on an individual basis following a thorough personalized assessment. Factors that influence treatment pricing include:

The type and complexity of the regenerative medicine procedure recommended
The number of treatment sessions required
Any additional diagnostic testing or imaging needed
Post-treatment follow-up care and support services

All treatment costs will be provided to you in writing as part of your personalized treatment plan before any commitment is required. We believe in full transparency — there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

3. Payment Methods

Cellf Solutions accepts the following payment methods for your convenience:

Bank Transfer: Direct wire transfer to our Indonesian bank account. Bank details will be provided on your invoice.
Credit Card: We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (processing fees may apply).
Cash: Cash payments are accepted at our partner clinic in Sanur, Bali.

All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We also accept payments in major international currencies including US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), and Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the prevailing exchange rate. Currency conversion details will be provided with your invoice.

4. Deposit Requirements

To secure your treatment date, Cellf Solutions requires a deposit of 30% of the total treatment cost. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves the necessary medical resources, facility time, and specialist availability for your procedure.

Key points regarding deposits:

Your treatment date is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received and acknowledged by our finance team.
Deposits are applied in full toward your total treatment cost.
Deposit payment instructions will be included with your treatment plan documentation.
For treatments scheduled within 7 days, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

5. Final Payment

The remaining balance of your treatment cost is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled treatment commencement date. This allows our team to finalize all preparations and ensures a smooth treatment experience.

If the final payment is not received by the due date, Cellf Solutions reserves the right to reschedule your treatment to the next available date. We will make every effort to contact you before taking any action regarding late payments.

6. International Patients

We welcome patients from around the world and have streamlined our payment process to accommodate international transactions:

Wire Transfers: Detailed wire transfer instructions, including SWIFT codes and intermediary bank details, will be provided with your invoice.
Currency Conversion: Payments in foreign currencies are converted at the prevailing bank exchange rate on the day the transfer is received. Please note that your bank may charge additional fees for international transfers — these are your responsibility.
Payment Confirmation: International wire transfers typically take 3-5 business days to clear. Your treatment date will be confirmed once funds are received in our account.

We recommend initiating international payments well in advance of your deposit and final payment deadlines to account for processing time.

7. Insurance

Cellf Solutions does not directly bill insurance companies. Regenerative medicine treatments, including stem cell therapy, are often not covered by standard health insurance policies. However, we understand that some patients may have insurance plans that provide partial or full reimbursement for certain procedures.

To support your reimbursement claims, we provide:

Detailed medical documentation of all treatments performed
Itemized invoices suitable for insurance submission
Supporting medical records and treatment summaries
Assistance letters describing the medical necessity of the treatment (upon request)

We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider before booking treatment to understand your coverage and reimbursement options. Cellf Solutions is not responsible for insurance claim outcomes.

8. Receipts & Documentation

Cellf Solutions provides comprehensive financial documentation for all payments received:

Detailed Invoices: Every payment is accompanied by an itemized invoice showing a breakdown of all charges, taxes, and payments applied.
Payment Receipts: Official receipts are issued for every payment, including deposits and final payments.
Treatment Summary: A complete financial summary is provided upon completion of your treatment, suitable for personal records or insurance claims.

All invoices and receipts are issued in both Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and, upon request, in the currency used for payment. Digital copies are emailed to you, and physical copies are available upon request.
